Ain. Photo competition: highlight “Ain water”

Rivers, streams, lakes, waterfalls... The Department is launching a "Water of the Ain" photo competition. Submit your best photo before August 18.
It's summer, the perfect time to capture the best nature shots. As part of the "All Concerned by the Water of the Ain" event and the "Water of the Ain" label, the Department is promoting water-related heritage through a photo competition.
The "Water of the Ain" competition aims to encourage the preservation of natural resources and thus highlight the Department's commitment in this area. Many emblematic sites can inspire amateur or passionate photographers: Lake Nantua , the Glandieu waterfall , Lake Genin or the ponds of Dombes .

Ten winners will be selected by a jury based on several criteria: originality, visual impact, and composition (aesthetics, quality, etc.). A public prize will also be awarded on the Department's Facebook page starting August 22nd.
Winners will receive a copy of their photo, a gift basket, and aquatic activities to enjoy in Ain. The awards ceremony will take place in October during the Water Heritage Meetings.
